A pair of miniature tomahawks based on a pair of the owner’s full-sized tomahawks. The hafts are curly maple, and the heads are of steel. Both miniatures were reworked from matching steel castings.

The pipe tomahawk has a brass-formed mouthpiece and brass trim around the upper grip and cap, The spike is ground from the point of a nail. And of course, it is smokable. A heart is acid-etched into the blade on each side.

The head is 3.5” long, and the haft is 9” long.

The spiked hawk has a carved and incised curly maple handle. The spike was hand-filed and ground out of steel flat stock.

The head is 4” long, and the haft is 9” long.
