A unique knife with a Japanese flavor. The long slicing blade is hand-forged and filed from carbon spring steel, then hardened, tempered and polished. The ‘bamboo’ grip is cold-forged from copper tube and wrapped with brass wire.

The display stand is constructed of natural bamboo.

The knife has a 9” blade and is 14.5” long overall. The stand is 10” long and the knife stands 13” high.
