Forged Cheese Slicer

Price: $35

A fun little item, a forged steel cheese slicer with a reverse-twist handle and square-to-round ends. Piano wire is twisted around the arms under tension for easy slicing, and the tips are scrolled.

(Note: These pieces are carbon steel and WILL rust. Wipe them clean, rub a little oil on them, and they are ready for storage. NEVER soak them in water or put them into a dishwasher!)

The piece is 6” x 8”, from ¼” square steel.
