Rum Powder Horn & Shakers (Commissioned)

Commissioned Work

A rum powder horn and salt and pepper shakers, based on a photo provided by the client.

The rum horn is walnut capped, with large brass tacks and iron staples.

The salt and pepper shakers are cut from the same horn. The salt shaker has maple caps and a walnut stopper with brass medallion, and the pepper shaker is capped in walnut with a maple plug. Both have a cork-plugged filler hole in the base.

All three are finished to look old. » read customer feedback
